RESERVED CAMPING SPOTS

We have made updates to the trackside camping for 2024 based on feedback from our most loyal attendees.

Crew Corrals, Trackside Camping, XL & RV Camping, these are all our new reserved camping spaces. For the first time, all of these spots are individually reservable so you can lock down the exact spot you want before you arrive on site. Read more about what is included with each reserved camping spot below!

OPEN CAMPING

Turn2 Campground, The Back 40, Family / Quiet Camping - these are all of our Open Camping Areas. These campgrounds are first-come, first-serve and allow you to have ONE VEHICLE per camping spot. Read more about what is included with each camping pass below!

GRIDLIFE CAMPGROUND RULES:

The following applies to ALL campgrounds:

• You must arrive together to camp together. No saving spots.

• Each Car Camping space must be occupied by a vehicle, don’t try to get tricky and buy up extra spots without a vehicle to put there.

• Have a friend that you are looking to add to your camping spot? No problem - they will need to purchase a Camping Companion Pass to get into the campgrounds and you can invite them over to share your extra space!

• CAMPING is 18+ unless with a parent or guardian (NO EXCEPTIONS). Only one vehicle camping pass is needed per vehicle. This DOES NOT include a festival ticket. Everyone attending the festival must purchase a GA or VIP ticket in addition to this pass.

• A VEHICLE PASS IS NEEDED FOR EVERY VEHICLE ENTERING THROUGH THE TOLL BOOTH AT #GRIDLIFE CAMPING OR PARKING

A Vehicle Camping Pass is required to get your vehicle into the campground. The classic GRIDLIFE Campgrounds, experience OG Midwest Vibes in the Back40 campgrounds. These spots are first-come, first-serve and are limited to one standard vehicle per spot.

The Vehicle Camping Pass allows up to 4 passengers, as well as space for a tent for the weekend.

Each back 40 Vehicle Camping pass includes:

• One (1) Vehicle Camping Pass for one standard-size vehicle

• Up to four passengers

• A 20 x 20 camping spot 

• Ability to park a normal sized passenger car, truck or van on your campsite (any vehicle larger than a 15 passenger van is considered an RV - NO UHauls, RV's or Trailers)

• You must arrive together to camp together. No saving spots.

CAMPING is 18+ unless with a parent or guardian (NO EXCEPTIONS). Only one vehicle camping pass is needed per vehicle. This DOES NOT include a festival ticket. Everyone attending the festival must purchase a GA or VIP ticket in addition to this pass.

A more relaxed single car camping experience, West of the track.

The Quiet Family Camping area is located closer to the paddock and away from the good times in the Back 40. This area is intended for race crews, families, and those that wish to have a little more peace and quiet at night.

This pass is required to get your vehicle into the Quiet / Family Campground and includes one car and up to 4 passengers. Included with each Quiet / Family Camping Pass:

Each Family / Quiet Camping Pass for the above campgrounds includes:

• One (1) Vehicle Camping Pass for one (1) standard-size vehicle

• Up to four (4) passengers

• Car Camping spots are roughly 20 x 20, and include enough space for your vehicle and rational sized tent.

Turn 2 is the camping area closest to all of the festival action! Just a few minutes away from all the fun festival activities, including the arcade and vendor row, select this area so you can walk less and see more.

This pass is required to get your vehicle into the Close Camping area and includes one car and up to 4 passengers. Included with each Close Camping Pass:

• One (1) Vehicle Camping Pass for one (1) standard-size vehicle

• Up to four (4) passengers

• Car Camping spots are roughly 20 x 20, and include enough space for your vehicle and rational sized tent. 

• Must be a normal sized passenger car, truck or van (any vehicle larger than a 15 passenger van is considered an RV) - NO UHauls, RV's or Trailers. 

• Attendees 12 and under are free with parent.

• Each Car Camping space must be occupied by a vehicle, don’t try to get tricky and buy up extra spots without a vehicle to put there. 

• You must arrive together to camp together. No saving spots.

UPDATES FOR 2024: YOU WILL NOW BE ABLE TO CHOOSE WHICH TRACKSIDE SPOT YOU WANT! Spaces with obstructed views from track signage have been removed from the event, and we have made some adustments to the spot locations to better accommodate the different camping spot types. Reminder: Trackside spots are limited and selections will be based on availability at the time of purchase.

Trackside Camping allows you to lock a camping spot ahead of time, so there is no worry about fighting for your spot alongside the track. This pass gets you a camping spot between turn 2 and 3 providing some of the best viewing for on-track action throughout the weekend.

Included with each Trackside Vehicle Camping Pass:

• One (1) Vehicle Camping Pass for one (1) standard-size vehicle*

• Up to four (4) passengers

• Trackside Camping spots are roughly 12 x 50 and include enough space for your vehicle and rational sized tent. 

• Must be a normal sized passenger car, truck or van (any vehicle larger than a 15 passenger van is considered an RV) - NO UHauls, RV's or Trailers

• Each Car Camping space must be occupied by a vehicle, don’t try to get tricky and buy up extra spots without a vehicle to put there. 

CAMPING is 18+ unless with a parent or guardian (NO EXCEPTIONS). Only one vehicle camping pass is needed per vehicle. This DOES NOT include a festival ticket. Everyone attending the festival must purchase a GA or VIP ticket in addition to this pass.

THE ULTRA LIMITED, EXTREMELY PRECIOUS, UNICORN TRACKSIDE RV PASS. THESE PASSES ARE LIMITED TO LESS THAN 10. ONCE THEY ARE GONE, THEY ARE GONE.

An RV Pass is required for each RV to enter the campgrounds. Each TrackSide RV space is 20x50 and once your RV is placed additional tents can be setup within your 20x50 footprint. Any Awnings, Slide Outs, Kiddie Pools ECT must also fit within this space. If you would like to bring in a car in addition to your RV it will need a separate Car Camping pass.

Included in the Trackside RV Camping Pass:

• One (1) RV Pass for one (1) RV-size vehicle (see below for specifics)

• Up to eight (8) passengers

• RV spaces are 20x50 - any Awnings, Slide Outs, Kiddie Pools, etc must also fit within this space.

THE ULTRA LIMITED TrackSide Crew Corral.

Lock down your space for the whole weekend with a dedicated 1500 SQ FT Foot 20’x75’ Campsite right on the trackside edge for the whole squad.

UPDATES FOR 2024:

• Trackside Crew Corrals will be offered to those who purchased last year first! If any are still open after the pre-sale, those will open up to the public in the main on sale in mid-January! Reminder: TRACKSIDE CREW CORRAL spots are limited and selections will be based on availability at the time of purchase.

  EACH TRACKSIDE CREW CORRAL INCLUDES:

• A dedicated 1500 SQ FT Foot 20’x75’ Campsite right on the trackside edge for the whole squad

• Dibs on the best camping spot in the campgrounds

• Ability to park multiple normal sized passenger car, truck or van on your campsite (any vehicle larger than a 15 passenger van is considered an RV - NO UHauls, RV's or Trailers)

• Any additional vehicles joining your Corral spot will need a Reserved Camping Companion Pass
  

A Reserved Camping Companion Pass is for people who are joining their friends on their Trackside Crew Corral, Trackside RV / XL or RV spot.  You will be able to park companion vehicles in your camping space but you MUST stay within your designated camping space. 

PLEASE NOTE: Companion Passes are NOT the same as a Back 40 / Turn 2 or Trackside Camping Pass. These passes do not include a campground space, they are for those who are camping with friends on a Corral, RV or XL camp site!

Everyone attending the festival MUST have either a GA or VIP Festival Ticket. A Reserved Camping Companion Pass does not include festival entry.

A VEHICLE PASS IS NEEDED FOR EVERY VEHICLE ENTERING THROUGH THE TOLL BOOTH AT #GRIDLIFE CAMPING OR PARKING

Not camping? This Parking Pass gives you access to the day parking lot all weekend.

In order to control access, and plan a better GRIDLIFE experience, all vehicles entering the festival must have either a Parking or Vehicle Camping Pass.

The Weekend Parking Pass is for people who are driving to the festival each day. This pass allows you to park your vehicle in the day parking lot on site at #GRIDLIFE from 8am-1am. Vehicles must leave the site at 1am. Sleeping or camping in the Day Parking lot is strictly forbidden. This pass is good for the entire weekend Friday - Saturday 8am - 1am.

Everyone attending the festival MUST have either a GA or VIP Festival Ticket in addition to this pass.

A VEHICLE PASS IS NEEDED FOR EVERY VEHICLE ENTERING THROUGH THE TOLL BOOTH AT #GRIDLIFE CAMPING OR PARKING
